For people working under a clearance.
This is the short online program for anyone working on an Ampol, bp or Viva Energy site under a Work Clearance issued by someone else — including co-workers and subcontractors.
It covers the common rules, expectations and procedures for working on WPCG member sites. There may also be other company or site-specific requirements you need to meet — check with the oil company.
This does NOT let you sign or issue the WPCG Work Clearance Form, or authorise work. If you need to do that, choose Work Clearance Issuer instead.
Company Administrators: you can’t register or book your workers in for the induction — each person must create their own account and complete it themselves. Once they have, you can view who’s completed it and when it expires from your own profile (the View Retail Site Induction Users icon).
For people who issue the form and run the job (also Company Admins)
This is for anyone who needs to self-issue the WPCG Work Clearance Form and authorise lower-risk maintenance work on WPCG member sites.

Once you’ve completed it, you can authorise maintenance work using the Work Clearance Form and Minimum Controls Checklists. This already includes the Retail Site Induction content — you do not need to do the induction as well.
Company Administrators: create your account here too. Under Profile, choose Company Admin. Only tick Clearance Issuer if you also need to complete the course yourself.
