WPCG Course Terms and Conditions

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received or a company purchase order is provided. We reserve the right to reschedule or reallocate unpaid bookings.
• Course start times vary by location (Brisbane, Sydney, Perth) and may be affected by daylight savings. The confirmed start and login time will be provided in your booking email, along with a time zone checker link. It is your responsibility to verify this information.
• Login is required 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late logins may result in denial of entry and forfeiture of the course fee.
• Participants must complete mandatory pre-learning before attending the live course. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility to attend and full forfeiture of the course fee.
• Substitutions are permitted only prior to the course start and only if the substitute has completed the required pre-learning. Substitutions on the day or without pre-learning completion will not be accepted.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 7 days of the course date will incur a fee equivalent to the full course cost including GST.
• Course commencement is subject to minimum numbers. If a course is cancelled by us, you will receive at least 5 working days’ notice and may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
